Clive took Sim out to an agricultural college open day yesterday. I couldn't go as Beth has been in a show all weekend - so was busy french plaiting & doing make-up for hundreds of kids. Anyrate Sim was most bemused by the horses with riders etc but spent most of his time with the young adults with learning difficulties who 'kidnapped' him.Clive said the joy on their faces was priceless - its good to put something back , especially when it costs nothing - just a bit of your time. Today we are going to a Greyhound rescue fun day with both dogs - one of the 'classes' is guess the breed.Clive has put out his clothes which includes his Active Boerboel Club T-Shirt. Men can be as thick as 2 short planks sometimes! Ju

Hi guys Clive has no hair - but can be very dim. Took both dogs to the rescue show yesterday - Buse got taken away early as she is still in full phantom (Grumpy knickers).Met up with a lovely lady who has 2 Mastiffs & was really keen to run the dogs out together. As with us when Buse is in the field people tend to walk off in the opposite direction & she has the same problem - so hopefully in the near future some good pics.

Another busy weekend. Sat was Medieval Fayre in the town centre.People with chain-saws,bow & arrows, guns etc all going off around us.Buse didn't flinch so Sim followed suit. The only time Buse did get aggitated was when the Town Cryer came marching towards us , shouting at the top of his voice & waving a big stick- can't blame her really. We ran out of water so went into the grounds & gave the dogs an ice-cream each. Buse was a Lady & licked hers gently - Sim's was gone in less than 3 mouthfuls, nearly along with my fingers! ;D Then after a hard morning in our favourite spots underneath the sun-beds.
