Well I have to say I'm quite surprised at my two pups,JJ and Bronson.Neither pup is showing any signs of being prey driven at 8 mths old.I find this quite hard to believe coming from Razzy and Sokket but am actually quite glad.Jj encountered her first rabbit this morning in the field at 4am.She just looked in surprise at it then me and only went strolling after it when asked to.She is so laid back!! Mum at the same age was haring about all over the place, stalking anything that moved,in fact almost caught a buzzard as it came up out of the wet grass(that might have caused a bit of a mess of a young Razzy!).JJ and Bronson have no killer insinct at all.Razzy freaks out even if there is a moth in the room and has been known to jump all over the furniture to kill it!! (Possibly this is watched behaviour!)

Glad that these pups do not have the prey drive. Bakkies has it and and it has cost a cat´s life and some hedgehogs are injured... I hate it!

hi
ronny is mad for a rabbit infact anything that moves he fell in the pond today trying to catch a gold fish.... wish i had a camera... however reggy isnt bothered in the slightest.
as for all the adults you wont be suprised but they will try and catch anything that runs.. on a good note they all love cats and small dogs- we have bengal cats and a pekingese vandal and our bengals share a bed its lovely that he knows the difference.. ; )
