whats normal?

as some of you might know Tia had her pups 2 weeks ago all healthy my vets been out twice to check on mum and babies. their tails have been docked..
I noticed today that they are walking already however havent open their eyes very funny to watch luckly mum is all they walk into!!!!!!

is this normal?

Hi Vicki,in our experience the BB's open their eyes very young,usually around day 9-10,where the Akitas are around day 13-15.Goodness are they 2 weeks already,amazing how quickly time goes in.We have found they wean quicker than the Akitas too but as they get older the Akitas are more independant and not as whingy or needy.Razzy's pups have been on the minced chicken and lambs milk for a week now ,we start to try and wean around day 17 and build up from there.Prizey's pups will start today on the sloppy stuff!
