Better put a stop to this, very little in life is free, and before you point out that puppies are very little.... let me say that Ewa hosted a litter for us in Sweden and therefore she got a puppy in payment. We also have this arrangement with people that help us in UK, a puppy or the price of one, that´s the standard deal.
As for Mubi, we could not use her in our breeding and she was very loved by Ewa and Göran. Mubi also loved the endless supply of raw chicken legs supplied by "de cooks" and got on well with their existing Boerboel, so, Ewa and Göran did us a favour by giving Mubi a home. The other alternative was heartbreaking to contemplate.
Regards Shaun

I'm sorry if you felt we were going on at Ewa,it was only intended as a joke. You really didn't have to volunteer that info, sorry if you feel we have put our noses in,wasn't meant like that.I never thought for a minute that Ewa hadn't paid for her puppy and I didn't have a clue about any litter hosting, very sorry to everybody if we have offended.

No need to apologise, Ewa can look after herself so I am not worried about people having a go at her. Believe it or not, I did understand that it was humouristically meant.
I just wanted to clear things up, we do give free Boerboels and puppies away sometimes, we have a female now that needs a good home and lots of love. Mubi was also such a girl. Although we are breeders, and money is important to run a kennel properly, we constantly need good homes for the dogs that we will not sell but cannot stay here (we are not allowed to have pet dogs officially). Giving a dog to someone like Ewa is an easy decision, we have known Ewa and Göran for years and trust them implicitly.
Finding good homes for free dogs is not as easy as it may seem, you see people must also want the dogs for the right reasons and we will not let them go to places where we are unsure of the quality of life that the dog will get in the future.
In our way of thinking, we brought these dogs into the world and we are responsible for making sure that they get good lives.
Regards Shaun

You have more allies than you know Shaun. The person Who mentioned your name in good light does not have one of your dogs!!

Challenge accepted Ju! I've got a great recipe that comes out of "a bowl of red" by Francis X Tolbert which includes hilarious amounts of Tequila that I always wanted to try - So lets get Sandra and try it out ;D If we skip the tequila we'll make it many times faster - but who's in a hurry /E BTW, I also grow my own chiles so lets make it HOT! BTW 2; Tomorrow I'm making chile truffles for my vet - Bribes work well over here

If you want a free dog .... Paul knows where there is a nice 3 year old male ..... Sorry couldn't resist!!!! There is no such thing as a free dog ..... people who think they are getting a frebie with a re-homed one should add up the cost of damage ... training etc.... Pickle cost me well over £1000......
