Funny thing about names, sometimes a name just doesn't suit. Can't get used to calling the male puppy Chieftain,I always think of my old Akita called the same and it wasn't working. We have now re-named him Bronson, which we think suits him better.Charles Bronson was a rugged, handsome devil too when he was young!! ;D

We gave one the Kennel name of Sandaharr Chieftain the last time round but his pet name was Tank. Bronson's Kennel name is Sandaharr Morlich. We named all the puppies after Scottish lochs, can't get any more nationalistic(is that a word????LOL) than that!! The last lot were malt whiskies, ;D Ewa-We wouldn't name him Connery as he is only a part-time Scot when it suits him!!! ;D We are theming the Akitas Kennel names after bears/bares i.e Sandaharr Bear Naked Lady Sandaharr Grin and Bear It Sandaharr Bear Necessity etc And yes,I know sometimes the bear should be bare but that is the idea! Any other suggestions,I have a few of more of my own but need more, thinking caps on guys!
