There is a possibility of a type of ranking on this forum, each new member gets a gold star, when they have posted x amount of posts, they get an extra gold star, this process continues until the next rank is reached, then the stars change colour. Obviously this shows how much any particular person has contributed to the activity on the message board.
There is also another possibility for me to award/take away special points called Karma. If a moderator thinks that a person has merited it, the karma can be raised or subtracted.
At the moment I am the only moderator here, however I am not the dictator type and if all things are as they should be and the boards becomes more pupular, I will be delegating the different forums out to those that are interested in moderating them.
Anyone can start a new thread, and if there is a need for a new category, just say so and I will start one.

It is rough being a God and siding with Shaun might not be a good idea - after all he has -2 Karma and decreasing every day!
It might also be worth while getting a hard hat to shield from flying objects!!

Yes, and no. According to the forum records, Geri and Paul have a mutual appreciation society going on. Anyone can "exalt" or "smite" another member and this makes their Karma go up or down, yes, I did write Karma and wasn´t talking about anything else.
